The Pia chain necklace features a tear-shaped medallion that lies elegantly above the neckline. Available in silver or gold, this necklace is customizable and can be engraved with a word, letter or message of your choice. Select the length of your chain and wear this fabulous piece as a choker, necklace or sautoir.
